I decided to wake up to cite my deepest regrets after discovering the latest Rebocon uploads on Youtube, which turned out to be MY ORIGINAL UPLOAD because the said uploader failed to “remove” the logo and the warning sign I put in before the start of a certain clip if he or she decided to upload them without having an intention to notify me. Although my backup account “Tanghalang Saging” has been long deactivated after receiving a notice from Youtube and Polycanyon, the rules and conditions remain unbreakable and absolute as long as the logo of Cabrera Studios exist there.

This Youtube user (I prefer not to mention his/her username here for his/her protection) has clearly violated my conditions and therefore notified this user to remove the videos immediately. I know that this user has pure intentions, however s/he failed to consult me by any means regarding the videos. Because of this incident, I regret to inform you all that I DON’T HAVE ANY INTENTION OF UPLOADING THE REST OF THE CLIPS ANYWHERE EVER AGAIN. I’ve already stated in my previous posts that the moment I’ll see my clips somewhere without my knowledge, I’ll remove my videos right away and notify that person. Even though Tanghalang Saging does not exist anymore, as long as it bears the Cabrera Studios logo which is mine, it will remain under my name, whether I’ve only ripped it or my original.

That user should have, at least, credit me for uploading the clips, showing the logo is not enough for me or CS itself to be credited.

I’ve spent almost $122 for the DVD alone and was even excited to share it with the rest of the world, I never thought that a simple negligence to the rules will ruin my trust.

I’ve already warned you people. Face the consequences.

Hello, this is yer friendly neighborhood banana speaking. This is to happily inform you that after I have succesfully purchased my own Rebocon 5 DVD and watched it, I decided to SHARE it with the rest of the world, for those who couldn’t afford to make a special order from CD Japan. Yes, bananas, I have UPLOADED all of the contents of the DVD to my separate YouTube account under the name ‘Tanghalang Saging’ (Banana Theater), still part of Cabrera Studios. (Palakpakan naman jan people!)

Yes, yes, I’ve been generous enough since I’ve been in a stage where I couldn’t reach even a thousand bucks just to get what I wanted, and I’m also among those who were desperately waiting for the concerts to be uploaded on YouTube and then cry on one corner when all the videos are taken down (so is the uploader) due to stupid copyright infringement. Yes, I’m also aware that someday my account will be taken down again because of these videos, so for that I decided to share ONLY THE DISC 1 because I find Disc 2 too long to chop and my internet connection is not upload-friendly AND because of the stupid copyright infringement,  and they will only stay for ONLY ONE MONTH OR 30 DAYS until they will give me notice, and UNDER SEVERAL CONDITIONS. Feel free to enjoy the videos, folks, but PLEASE, read the rules first, follow them with all your heart, and we will all enjoy the videos without fail.

So here are some conditions that I’ll be implemented for these videos:

1.       NEVER, EVER, TRY TO UPLOAD MY VIDEOS WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND/OR PERMISSION. I’ve spend almost half of my paycheck just for this precious DVD and it will be unfair if you will just upload it and claim it as YOU OWN. Now that’s copyright infringement. If I caught my videos been played in other channels and/or video-streaming sites without consulting me first, I’m sorry but I’LL IMMEDIATELY TAKE MY CHANNEL DOWN AND YOU WILL NEVER SEE THOSE VIDEOS AGAIN. I will know if these videos are mine because the entire thing has my own opening and ending sequence. You might think of removing the sequences but you can’t be sure how you will put them like a jigsaw puzzle, kala n’yo ah… >J If you really want to download them for your own enjoyment and no claiming nor profit involved, you can ask me nicely and I can even provide you with the link or use the YouTube downloader, but sorry, I don’t have any intention of removing the mark, indicating that I’ve paid $122 just for the DVD and I have the right to earn it.

2.       If you’re planning to make screenshots or GIFs for your blog out my uploads, please ask me first, don’t forget to credit this banana for the purpose. Same thing applies if you failed to do so, I’ll remove my videos immediately.

3.       If you’re volunteering to sub the videos, I will be glad to! Just PM me via my YouTube, Tumblr, DeviantArt, Multiply or LiveJournal accounts and I’ll give you permission to sub it and upload it for everyone else’s convenience.

4.       If ever you get surprised that the videos were taken down earlier than you expected, that’s either the management has given me a stupid notice to take it down right away or some rotten banana uploaded my videos without permission. IF you happened to still spot my videos on my Multiply OR Tumblr account while my YouTube account has been taken down, that means it’s still safe for you to watch them and enjoy them for a month more, at least.

5.       Feel free to comment on the videos! But please, don’t ask me about the link on the public comments, just PM me and state me just one valid reason why you want to upload them.

6.       And when I said I’ll take down my videos if you didn’t follow these rules, I’LL DEFINITELY DELETE THEM AND THERE’S NO FUCKING WAY THAT I’LL BRING THEM BACK. Pasensyahan na lang tayo.

Yehey, this time I’ll make short headcanons about Millefiore, get ready folks:

• Millefiore was an empire created by Byakuran five years prior to Tsuna’s arrival in the future.
• Byakuran was hailed as ‘Alexander the Great’ of the 21st Century for conquering almost all of Europe and 3/4ths of the world with his power to travel and to gain knowledge through parallel worlds.
• Uni was ‘crowned’ Empress of Neo-Italia and the Millefiore Empire just days after Tsuna was ‘killed’ by Byakuran for not agreeing to be the Emperor of Neo-Italia. 
• Shoichi Irie was appointed Ambassador of Millefiore to Neo-Japone, the name given to Japan after been conquered by Millefiore Empire.
• Millefiore was divided into two divisions: The White Spell, which once the House of Gesso, consisting of the Empress, Prime Minister, ambassadors the House of Nobles, and the Imperial Army. The Black Spell are the former members of the House of Giglionero, mainly the outside army or the ‘pawns’ of the empire.
• Gamma, once the head butler of the House of Giglionero, became the Captain of the Black Spell Third Division. 
• Tasaru and Nozaru, former gardener and house boy to the Former Marquess Of Giglionero respectively, were put under Gamma’s division.
• Spanner should have been a knight of the White Spell if not only his grandfather didn’t want to get conquered by the new empire and was killed.

• Squalo and Dino had been classmates in the Royal Academy.
• Squalo was a student of Tyr, the leader before Xanxus, and also one of the two students of Shigure Kintoki who was also a former leader.
• Kintoki’s other student was Tsuyoshi Yamamoto, Takeshi’s father, who assumed the pseudonym ‘Rondino’.
• Belphegor comes from a country conquered by the Vongola years ago, which had become grounds for the annihilation of the family in the future.
• Mammon (formerly Viper) joined the Varia hoping that they will free Mammon from the curse.
• For some reasons, after the Ring Battle, Lussuria started to stalk at Ryohei.
• Levi A. Than was picked by Xanxus himself to be part of Varia thinking that he ‘needs a dog to play with’. 

Sorry if this is just short, I ran out of ideas >_< Anyway, wait for the other short headcanons!

Just the continuation with my headcanons for my ambitious fic, starting with the members of the Vongola Family, hehe.

• Tsuna’s real name is Teodorico di Vongola, the long-lost grandson of the current Earl, Timoteo. 
• Gokudera has an Italian name but he rejected it when he decided to reject his noble lineage as a protest.
• Yamamoto’s father is a former Varia, while his mother was a former Lumina who was killed when he was only 5.
• Hibari’s family is one of the most feared yakuza group in the Kanto Region, Namimori being one of their biggest territories.
• Ryohei and Kyoko are children of a former supermodel turned fashion magnate. Their father works with the Vongola as an intelligence agent.
• Lambo is Gokudera’s cousin. 
• Chrome’s biological father has a heavy connection with the Vongola.
• Mukuro is the only survivor of the House of Estraneo.
• Haru is the only civilian who knows about Tsuna’s secret as a ‘magical hitman.’
• Bianchi works part-time as a model in an Italian modeling agency.
• Fuuta is also an experiment of the Estraneo. His origins remained unknown.
• I-Pin can transform in her adult form without the help of the Ten-Year Bazooka using a secret technique. 
• I-Pin’s adult form also has smitten Ryohei’s heart.
• Kyoko has a hidden weapon implanted in her brain, the SOLERA, which stores the information of all military scientific tactics and weapons of superpower countries—which only her father knows of its whereabouts.
• Iemitsu lead the Vongola’s External affairs, doesn’t have any blood relations with Tsuna at all. 
• Nana was once lady-in-waiting to Tsuna’s biological mother. 
• Iemitsu ang Nana do have a child who was born the same night and the same time as Tsuna’s.
• Dino had been in connection with the Hibaris before he met Tsuna.
• Giannini serves as a butler and personal valet of the current Earl.
• Reborn was born with noble blood too, that’s why he serves as the head of the Internal Affairs.
• Before Tsuna, Gokudera, and Yamamoto, there’s Iemitsu, Reborn, and Frederico—Tsuna’s real father, whom Iemitsu often calls him ‘Ricky’.
• Uncle Kawahira was once a Varia member before he was moved to Vongola’s Intelligence department which it was led by Ryohei’s father.

I’m doing a very ambitious KHR fic as of this moment, and I thought of ‘revamping’ the series itself with my own terms. I’m not intending to butcher the entire series itself, it’s just my version, okay? Okay, here are just short headcanons, ‘spoilers’ baga to my fic:

• Vongola was once the most powerful and the most influential noble family during the time of the unified Kingdom of Italy, second only to the historical Savoys.
• Vongola has an Internal and Exernal Affairs, where the Internal consists of allied families, and External, whose members are not noble by birth but serving the family for years.
• Varia was an independent police force formed by the Vongola under the First Countess/Eighth Leader.
• Vindice was formed during the time of Italian monarchy with a mission to act as the people’s watchdogs to the Royal Family and all the nobility.
• Vindice was split into two: one retained the mandate to be the citizens’ watchdogs and the other were hardcore members who kill nobles to ‘purify the country’ and they are later known as Lumina.
• Millefiore Empire was founded only five years prior to Tsuna’s arrival to the future, an empire rose from the ashes of then-Kingdom of Italy and expanded into 3/4ths of the world. 
• Byakuran only founded the House of Gesso so he could merge with the House of Giglionero when its princess Uni became the head of the house upon Aria’s death.
• The Arcobaleno are believed to be the children of Atlas and Iris, and chosen to be guardians of heaven and earth.
• The House of Giglionero originated from the first Sky Arcobaleno, Lucia, who was a priestess of Vesta.
• The flames of the Sky and Earth originated from Vesta, goddess of the hearth, and Vulcan, god of the forge, respectively.
• The House of Shimon was founded by its first Earl, Simon Cozart, after giving much help to the House of Vongola at the height of their power.
• The House of Estraneo was also once a powerful noble family but only destroyed by the creation of a lethal drug that can control people’s minds through their emotions.
• Another lost family is the House of Bartesco, who had been abolished by the Vongola years ago and tried to revive their glory when the influence of Vongola started to decline, but failed. 
• The House of Bovino are feared and wanted at the same time in the future for having the ability to obtain knowledge of time and space, resulting to invent different time machines, including the Ten Year Bazooka. 
• The House of Cavallone had been business partners with Vongola for years.
